The Pediatric Gastrointestinal Specialized Training and Resource Program (Peds GI STAR) was designed by Pediatric Gastroenterologists from the University of Alberta to enhance your knowledge of common conditions in pediatric gastroenterology. This includes disorders of gut-brain interaction — also known as functional GI disorders.

This website contains a series of training modules with recorded presentations created for health care providers.

We have also created a curated list of Resources that you can share with your patients. For clinicians taking our training, we also have a discussion page that provides an opportunity for questions and responses.
